Stables
GEM’s stabling area offers 16 indoor stalls. The stalls come in two different sizes and styles - both with soft stall floors:
- Standard 10’ X 10’
- Euro-Style 12’ X 12’
Horses that are boarded indoors have the option of daily turn-out into a paddock or pasture.
There is plenty of pasture and paddock space for boarding needs. Outdoor paddocks and pastures feature heated waterers, shelters with post and rail fencing.

Facility
The facility offers: a client restroom, client lockers, grooming bay, a hot and cold wash bay, an equine infrared solarium, wifi access, arena observation area, social deck, and a coffee station.
These amenities are available to both indoor and outdoor boarders.
Arenas
An 80’ X 180′ heated indoor riding arena with sand and Nike Air footing is complimented by a large 200’ X 200′ outdoor sand riding arena. GEM clients also enjoy hacking out for an afternoon or evening ride across the rest of the property, just beyond the facility, paddocks, and pastures.
