Indoor Board
GEM’s stabling area offers 16 indoor stalls. The stalls come in two different sizes and styles – both with soft stall floors:
- Standard 10’ X 10’ $825.00/month + gst
- Euro-Style 12’ X 12’ $875.00/month + gst
Horses that are boarded indoors have the option of daily turn-out into a paddock or pasture.
There is plenty of pasture and paddock space for boarding needs. Outdoor paddocks and pastures feature heated waterers, shelters with post and rail fencing.

GEM Equestrian offers two outdoor boarding options:
- Paddock Board $550.00/month + gst
- Pasture Board $425.00/month + gst
All outdoor boarded horses have access year 'round autowaters and shelter.
